Abstract
This study took about the important to supervise the utilities for improvement the productivity of room attendant in fiducia hotel pasar minggu in the housekeeping department. Currently the hospitality industry is highly developed considering the number of tourists who came to indonesia, with the aim for business or just vacationing. There for, it is of course the guests need a place to stay as well as other facilities in. In this case is related to the role of the hotel as well as improving the service to participate in a comfortable place to rest and clean accompanied courteous service and hospitality. Data collection was performed by observation as six month.

Abstract
Various countries in the world especially in indonesia, tourism activities continue to be developed and maintained, because one of the effects of tourism can helping to improve the income for the countries, especially for people who stay surrounding the area of tourism. For example, night tourism of jalan jaksa, central jakarta. Night tourism activities continue to be developed as tourist activities in the evening so it need the participants of local communities to provide the tourist’s need’s such as : setting up the hotel, providing transportation and the attraction surrounding jalan jaksa. The purpose of this study is to find out to know how much the impact of jalan jaksa nights tourism in terms 0of economic conditions for the local communities jalan jaksa, kebon sirih, menteng , Central jakarta . the research was did during the month of May 2011. The method used descriptive kuanitatif method, primary data were collected by questionnaire, interview and survey the area jalan jaksa, kebon sirih, menteng , Central jakarta, while secondary data were collected from a variety of literature and monthly report of april 2011 from local district office. To analyses the questinnaire, were processed using SPSS version 16, the result of the analysis indicate that the benefitd in terms of economic side night tourism jalan jaksa is enjoyed by newcomer communities not local residents

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of foreign culture on youth behavior in jakarta. Gloalization is closely linked with the entry of a foreign culture; especially the teenagers are very easily to be influenced by foreign culture, not only positive but also negative influece. The research was undertake at junior high school 223 jakarta, of teachers, students and parent of student. Research conducted qualitative research is purposeive sampling technique. Research object in thisstudy is class IX student at junior high school 223 east jakarta, the counseling teachers and the teachers of islamic religion. The design of this reserch using descriptive qualitative research, interview and literature studies were using in this research. The result of this research conclude that foreign cultural influences have more negative side. Foreigh culture is growing and attend in the lives of adolescents in jakarta, it has negative and positive effect to the teenagers, the obligation of teenagers. In addition, the teenagers also need to be smarter in responding any kind of foreign culture arround their lives.

Abstract
Based on the test result demand cooking made from jackfruit seed flour more and more devotees than cooking made from wheat flour. the process of making cookies from jackfruit seed flour and how specialization in term of aroma, color, texture, flavor and appearance which is more preferable if the cookies from jackfruit seed flour or wheat flour. previous research conducted by yulan isnaharani titled straw flour utilization jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lmk) in making cookies high fiber. What distinguishes this study with previous research where the researcher is using jackfruit seed flour stretcher in the manufacturing process and processed into the manufacture of cookies. The method used is the analysis of crosstabs with chisquare test with 34 respondents with a presentation of the result in terms of the aroma of jackfruits seed flour 63.6% (14/22*100%), wheat flour 36.4% (8/22*100%), the colour of jackfruits seed flour 65.2%(15/23*100%), wheat flour 34.8%(8/23*100%). The texture of jackfruits seed flour 54.5%(12/22*100%), wheat flour 45.5%(10/22*100%), flavor of jackfruits seed flour 55.6% (10/18*100%), wheat flour 44.4% (*/18*100%) and the appearance of jackfruit seed flour 61.9% (13/21*100%), wheat flour 38.0% (8/21*100%).

Abstract
The purpose this study was to analyze influence of product quality hotel guest satisfaction in kichen X. The method used is using SPSS with simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents. Based on the reliability table obtained cronbach alpha value scale sales and profitability 0,509> 0,05, it was concluded that the satisfaction scale is reliable. 2.kolmogorov smirnov value variable x (product quality) with a probability significantly 0,391>?=0,05.this show that Ho is accepted or variable x (product quality) are normally distributed. kolmogorov smirnov value for the variable y (guest satisfaction) 0.266 with a significant probability 0.266>=?0,05 . this show that Ho is accepted or variable y (guest satisfaction) are normally distribution.3. correlation coefficient of x to y is equal to 0.342** is low based on the strength of the relationship table. Significance value is 0.045 x with y. Since the significance value 0.045 <? = 0.05,then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted means x (product quality) low relationship with y (guest satisfaction). (have a low correlation of 0.342). correlation confficient of x to y is equal to 0.342** is low based on the strength of the relationship table. Significance value is 0.045 x with y.
